Hamilton, ON - January 11th, 2016 - Kicking off a year of one-night-only culinary events, local events company "Pop Up Hamilton" hosts a uniquely Hamilton take on the carnival celebrations of "Fat Tuesday" in a top secret location.
Pop Up: Mardi Gras will take place on Saturday, February 6th, 2016 at 7:00 pm and will feature star chef Matt Beasley of The Aberdeen Tavern with an exquisite Ontario winery, craft beer and unforgettable live entertainment.
